HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
Please leave a WRITTEN
REQUEST at the surgery or send your repeat by post with an SAE. Please allow at
least 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for repeat prescriptions. We need
to know the name, strength, dose and quantity of the drug or drugs you require.
If you are on regular medication the computer will print this and you will have
a computer request slip provided. Using the computer request slip will speed up
your request; please use it whenever possible. Requests will NOT be accepted
over the telephone as the doctors find that this leads to mistakes and blocks
the telephone for urgent calls and is therefore not in the interest of our patients.
